Kirsty Burgoine
Kirsty Burgoine is an organiser of Shropgeek and a regular attendee. She is also a web developer based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire.
With 10 years experience working for marketing, print and web design studios throughout Shropshire. Kirsty has an excellent understanding of what it takes to create a successful website, including initial design and build, search engine optimization and online marketing.
In 2010 Kirsty set up her own business. Using her experience developing both small lead generation brochure sites and large scale, bespoke e-commerce solutions, she now specializes in developing for WordPress.
As well as this, Kirsty is the editor Imagine Shropshire. An online magazine designed to showcase all of those hidden gems Shropshire has to offer.

Zach Beauvais
Zach is one of the original founders of Shropgeek and regular attendee
Zach Beauvais works for Talis as a Platform Evangelist: talking, reading and writing about the semantic web, Linked Data and online innovation.
With a background in linguistics, Zach is interested in semantics first, and the web second; seeing the advantage of building with machine-readable data.
He has written for ReadWriteWeb and ZDNet, he also edits the Semantic Web's community magazine, Nodalities and regularly records podcasts for Nodalities
